Promotion of social integration, tolerance and understanding among communities leaving together. This is departure from the traditional one-off reconciliation processes that only kicks in when a conflict has reached its peak and has caused death, injuries and displacement. Local communities are particularly vulnerable to influence by clan conflict, violent extremism due to frustration, unemployment and lack of opportunity.  This group is also one, which can be reached and influenced through alternative communication methods using art, drama, community dialogue, strategic communication messaging and culture as a vehicle for change.
